ENTREPRENEURSHIP
This is where all major chemical engineering projects are at. All projects not only looked into the research and engineering, but also the economic sides of things.

Silver Extraction from photography films
This project revolves around removing silver halide using various reagents and filtration. Our purpose with this project is to recycle silver from a once dominating market. We also thought out the economic implications and what are the opportunity costs when scaling up this process. Although the silver recovery rate is around 10%, if the process is batched with a high material intake, then the process may be reasonable. However, more research may be needed.

Removal of CO2 and H2S from Coal-Derived Synthesis Gas
This capstone project focuses on designing a plant capable of separating carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide from synthetic gas. The primary goal is to reduce the carbon footprint of synthetic gas, improve efficiency, and minimize the release of harmful byproducts into the environment.
Through this project, I gained insight into the economic aspects of starting and maintaining such a plant. I also analyzed the price of synthetic gas and assessed the operating costs. Additionally, I evaluated the economic feasibility of the solution and its potential impact on both markets and the environment.
